To expand our services even further on the market, we are currently looking for an enthusiastic Business Development Manager for mainly Brussels and Wallonia.
Your job?
IIn this challenging and broad role as Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the entire sales process: from lead to signature and first implementation. Our customers and prospects are mainly in the B2B segment and in various sectors. You will come in contact with a wide audience also in terms of interlocutors (HR Managers, Purchasing Services, C-Level, ...). You are therefore able to assess your interlocutor properly and adapt your communication accordingly.
What can you expect in this position?
- You will take care of a solid sales pipeline
- You will map out interesting prospects and contact them proactively
- You will identify sales opportunities and present our offer to potential customers
- You will participate actively in events and conferences where you represent AG Health Partner
- You will gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- You will ensure that our sales and development objectives are met
- You will translate the needs of our prospects and customers into solutions and present them to the various stakeholders within the organisation.
- You will lead negotiations with "decision makers" and are responsible for the sales process from A to Z
- You will negotiate contract terms with customers
- You will develop and maintain customer relationships
- You will work closely with your colleagues and various other stakeholders in AG Health Partner and AG Insurance
- You will monitor project teams to ensure that contracts are implemented as agreed
- You will ensure that customers meet their contractual obligations and that additional opportunities are identified
- You will play an active role in the development of innovative and sustainable products
Your profile?
- You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree and you have 5 to 10 years of relevant B2B sales experience (preferably in the HR world)
- You are very entrepreneurial and enthusiast and you can work independently as well as in team
- Your French is impeccable and you have fluent communication skills in English and Dutch
- You already manage your own extensive network and you get energized from meeting new prospects
- You are a born hunter who can identify and develop new strategic opportunities with existing clients as well as prospects. These are based on your network, initiatives and expertise in the HR business
- You have experience in consultative selling and long complex sales cycli
- You manage your own work: independent, proactive and hands-on with a focus on results. You set the right priorities and use a pragmatic approach
- You are able to lead strategic meetings with clients and to take into account and manage the interests of all stakeholders
- You are strong in project management
- You are willing to travel in Belgium
